Conditions Of Booking
All accommodation offered is subject to availability at time of receipt and the tariffs applicable according to season. Please note a 2% surcharge applies to payments by credit card but 0% for debit cards.
Children are free up to 4 yrs old. Children between 4-12 yrs old are half price. Persons 12 yrs and over are full price.
Meal times are preset 8:45am - 9am and no allowances can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms are normally ready by 12 noon on the day of your arrival, but to allow change overs, rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of your departure.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property, unless handed in for safe custody and signed for by the proprietors or an authorised signatory.
Cancellations
In the event of any cancellations (30 days) before your day of arrival, or any curtailment, and should the accommodation not be re-let, the person whose name appears on the booking form will be liable to pay as per that of the reservation (holiday insurance is strongly recommended).
Deposits are not refundable under any circumstances, but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of curtailment of the contract.
If payment has been made using a credit or debit card authorised account number, then any payment due owing to curtailment or damage will also be made on this same account number by the proprietor. The card holder will be notified of any such transaction.
The proprietor reserves the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a party to that contract cause any detriment to the hotel or to the well being or comfort of other guests or the proprietor.
By booking this holiday you have entered into a legally binding contract with this establishment, under the terms and conditions as detailed above.
Smoking
The Ascot Guest House has a strict NO SMOKING POLICY and any one found smoking in any rooms, including showers, toilets or out of windows; will be asked to leave.
Deposits
